Pine Top Concession
Pine Top is a concession run by the Booster Club and band students. All money raised by this concession goes into the band account. The more donations of supplies that we receive from parents and patrons mean more profit for the students in the form of merits. So please put the student’s name on the donation so that they will get the credit. Your time, donations, and/or money are needed and welcomed. We need your help to make 2007-08 the most profitable season at Pint Top for our band. Listed below are food and supply items that are used on a regular basis at Pine Top. Our menu is set, therefore we need specific items. Also listed are contact numbers for questions and a list of all upcoming Pine Top events.

Canned pinto beans
Canned stewed tomatoes
Canned cubed potatoes
Canned veg-all
Canned tomato sauce
Mild chili mix
Sweet pickle relish
Kosher dill pickles
Jarred pimento
Pam (non-stick cooking spray)
Tea bags – regular and family size
Sugar
Saltine crackers
Lemonade mix
Hot chocolate mix
Folgers coffee
Bottle water, 12oz bottles
Tomatoes
Onions
Lettuce
Bananas, bunch
Apples, bag
Oranges
Orange Juice

Juice drinks 100% juice
Homemade sweets – cookies, cake, brownies, rice krispy treats, etc.

All donations can be dropped off at the band room.
All donations of perishable items should be sent the day before an event. All other items can be sent well ahead of the event and encourage that you do.
Any money donations need to be sent directly to either Mr. Jessie Morlan or Mrs. Tara Pounds.
Please keep in mind that we sell only Coke products – Sprite, Coke, Diet Coke, Strawberry Passion, Powerade, & Barq’s. Please donate only canned drinks.
Also, for any parents or students who would like to volunteer to work, the concession stand is located in Barn B at Pine Top Farm. Help is needed mostly during peek time, which is 8am to 2pm. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
